The rules to follow to help prevent Obesity, Diabetes, and avoid associated chronic diseases:
There are six principles to follow
( that constitute a synergistic whole)

  1. First believe that it is possible. Without this principle, nothing will be done seriously.
  2. Follow the ZinaCal program. Eat a daily ZinaCal diet with nutrients (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants) and ZinaCal supplements.
  3. Cook your food with gentle steam as often as possible.
  4. Physical Activity.
  5. Restorative Sleep: Quality and Quantity.
  6. Apply rigorously during the first six weeks.

General Rules:

The consumption of an oil balanced in OMEGA-6 and OMEGA-3:
Ideally an omega-3 for four to five omega-6
An imbalance in favor of omega-6 promotes inflammation, allergies, cancers, thromboses with the risks of vascular accidents they involve. (cardiac, ocular, cerebral, renal)

Olive oil, an oil balanced in omega-6 and omega-3, Sesame and coconut oils, almond milk, avocados, coconuts, olives, shelled and almond and nut butter, and seeds (flaxseed , sesame and chia).

Aromatic herbs, seasonings and condiments
Aromatic herbs and seasonings: You can consume as much as you want, provided you read the labels carefully.

Sauce: Say goodbye to ketchup and chutney, and replace them with mustard, horseradish, and salsa that are guaranteed “gluten free” and that contain no wheat, soy or sugar. Be careful with products packaged in factories that process wheat and soy foods.

Soft steam cooking

The idea is not to preserve vitamins or minerals but the structure of food. Cooking accelerates chemical reactions in food. Under certain conditions, it creates complexes resistant to the action of enzymes, in particular glycation agents. We do not have any enzyme capable of cutting them out, therefore reducing them to innocent molecules. These are “pollutants” that will require intense work of de-pollution by the immune system, diverting it from its priority objective which is to destroy viruses, bacteria, parasites, cancer cells …


Our diet has been depleted in micronutrients and we eat less than a century ago, so today we are all deficient in vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals are micronutrients. They provide no calories. They are essential to the body and must be provided by food.

  • Analgesics:
    For headaches almost all contain caffeine.
  • Alcohol activates the secretion of adrenaline and disrupts the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that promotes sleep.
  • Ideally, go to bed three hours after your last meal.
  • Avoid consuming foods that are difficult to digest.
  • Choose foods rich in tryptophan.
  • Avoid electronic devices.
