MISSION

Our training program in applied massage therapy from our Dr. SERRAR® Academy is intended for those who wish to discover, understand and implement a holistic approach to massage therapy. This vision sees the body as a unit functioning through the mind/body connection.

For those who have already followed a more classic massage therapy training program, this training is complementary, because it will allow you to go further, by orienting you towards a more holistic approach to this discipline. For those who have not yet had access to massage therapy training, or who do not have specific knowledge in the matter, do not be worried. The content of this training is designed to allow you to assimilate information and knowledge, whatever your starting level.

The massage therapy practitioner is able to perform a relaxation massage and release tension and aches for the well-being of his clientele. He can practice in a spa or in a clinic and be recognized by professional associations. The largest segment of the course is devoted to the practice of international Swedish massage with essential oils that allow you to personalize and optimize the relaxation treatment.

Through our training in well-being massage, we offer you support and various educational materials (texts, visuals, etc.) that will allow you to deepen the basic movements of various types of massage.

After acquiring your certificate, you can practice on your own account or work in a wellness center, spa, hotel establishment or sports club. You can also use the knowledge acquired about yourself and those around you, or combine the activity of a massage practitioner with other specialties: aromatherapy, meditation, lithotherapy or naturopathy for example.

During this Massage Therapy course, we will explore all aspects of this area together until you are ready to present your exam and embark on this activity.
